Born in 1967, Canada Lives and works in Montreal (Canada), New York (USA).
Paul has a Doctorate in the Study and Practice of Arts, University of Quebec in Montreal, Canada and a Master of Fine Arts by Research in Media Arts and Photo-media at the School of Art of the College of Fine Arts, University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia 1998-2000.
She holds a Post-graduate Research Project, Concordia University, Montreal, Canada 1996-97, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts, University of Quebec in Montreal, Canada, Canada 1991-95.
