How long does it take until i receive my artwork?
The artwork will be sent to you as soon as the exhibition ending date is over. Depending on your destination it can take up to two - three weeks to arrive. In some exceptional cases we will be able to send the artwork a lot sooner. You will be notified, should this be the case.
does the artwork come framed or unframed?
At checkout all artworks have detailed information about whether the artwork is framed or not. Should you want to have a work unframed please contact us.
how do i know that the artwork i'm buying is authentic?
Every work on Presenza is an authentic work of art. With your shipment you will receive a certificate of authenticity.
can i return an artwork if it is damaged?
Yes, you can return an item only if it is damaged and within 7 days of receiving it. In this case, Presenza will reimburse the full amount, including the shipping costs. You will be required to provide the Presenza team with an accurate proof of the damage (condition report and photographs).
can i return an artwork if i don't like it?
No, every sale made online is final. You can only return an artwork if it arrives damaged. Presenza's support team should be notified within 7 days of delivery of your artwork.
